**Job Title**: Primary Bengali Teacher

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in **Bengali, Education, or a related field**.
- **B.ED IS COMPULSORY**:

- Strong command over **Bengali grammar, vocabulary, and phonetics**.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to engage young learners.
- Good communication skills in **Bengali and English**.
- Knowledge of **child-centered learning methodologies**.
- Proficiency in **lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging **Bengali language lessons** tailored to the primary grade curriculum.
- Develop students’ **reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills** in Bengali.
- Use creative teaching methods, including **storytelling, poetry, interactive activities, and audio-visual aids** to enhance learning.
- Foster a **positive and inclusive classroom environment** to encourage student participation.
- Assess and evaluate students’ **progress** through assignments, tests, and classroom interactions.
- Provide **individualized support** to students who need additional help.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school administration to ensure student success.
- Encourage cultural awareness by incorporating **Bengali literature, history, and traditions** into lessons.
- Maintain proper records of students’ performance and communicate with parents during PTMs.
- Participate in **school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities** related to Bengali language and literature.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **ICSE Board curriculum**.
- Training in **phonetics and language development** for early learners.
- Ability to integrate **technology and digital tools** into language teaching.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
