Job Summary

We are currently recruiting **Bengali Teacher** in a C.B.S.E. School Near Sonarpur, Kolkata, with good communication skills, resilient personality, preferably with at least **3-4 years** of experience.

As a teacher you must also develop engaging and innovative lessons that allow our students to grow academically, socially and emotionally.

Job Responsibilities
- Create daily lesson plans and learning activities for students based on the syllabus.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, demonstrations and independent practice using a variety of proven methods.
- Evaluate student’s performance on tasks established by the standards using different methods such as observation, performance-based tasks or other standard test practices.
- Maintain a safe, orderly and supportive classroom by modelling expected behaviour and standards, promoting positive interactions and quickly addressing behaviours that are not in line with the school discipline plan.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress, potential and behaviour periodically through electronic means and at parent and teacher meetings.

Job Qualifications & Skills

Required:

- Improve skills and knowledge in teaching by regularly taking classes.
- B. Ed
- Masters / Bachelor’s degree.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
