**Job Title**: Sales Promoter - Food Flavour

**Location**: Ludhiana, Punjab

**Experience**: 3+ years in Channel Sales of Food FMCG Products

As a seasoned Sales Promoter specializing in Food Flavour products, your mission is to drive sales growth and expand market presence in Ludhiana, Punjab. Your extensive experience in channel sales within the food FMCG sector will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Channel Development**:Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand the distribution network in Ludhiana.
Foster strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure optimal product placement.

**Sales Strategy**:Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

**Product Promotion**:Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials.

**Training and Education**:Conduct product training sessions for channel partners and retail staff.
Provide ongoing support to ensure product knowledge and selling skills are consistently high.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs promptly.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service.

**Sales Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and market trends.
Utilize data analytics to derive insights and make informed decisions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in channel sales of food FMCG products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Ludhiana market and its nuances.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month
