The Product Owner, Networking position plays a vital role within the greater product management team, driving technical requirements and use cases of Cradlepoint solutions. Aiding our field of sales and channel professionals along with partner organizations is critical, with the objective of helping teams build and scale their knowledge of Cradlepoint services, products, and technologies.

**What Will You Do?**

This role is highly visible throughout the entire company in addition to partners and customers in the following areas.
- Solution, technology, and the delivery team facing for driving Cradlepoint products and solutions
- Technology Subject Matter Expert
- Owns team backlog and implementation
- Sets team priority and defines Sprints
- Assists with the technical story creation
- Set acceptance criteria and definition of done for networking features
- Team with the Engineering Manager to define the technology roadmap
- Extensively collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customers.

Qualifications:

- Eight (8+) years of technical experience in enterprise networking and the security sector
- Self-starter, strong team player, that focuses on cross-functional collaboration across the company to be effective as a Product Owner
- Confidence to present new and creative ideas to the team
- Ability to assimilate new technologies quickly and then formulate messaging, documentation, and training
- Experience in a product owner, technical product marketing, or product development role with past experience to lean on and move fast
- Strong understanding and background in networking and security technologies (L2/L3, Routing Protocols, Switching, SD-WAN, Firewall, L4-L7, IDS/IPS)
- Understanding of Cloud technologies - AWS, Azure, VPC, etc.
- Must be able to demonstrate confidence in networking architecture, engineering, operations, and security discussions
- Proven ability to understand complex and in-depth level technical situations and related business challenges, and be able to communicate strategies for effective solutions
- Excellent communications skills and comfort/experience with public speaking
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into an understandable language to any level of audience
- In-depth understanding of networking, security
