**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with **schools, colleges, coaching centers, and tutors** in Bahadurgarh and nearby areas.
- Generate **student leads** through various channels and convert them into admissions.
- Conduct **seminars, workshops, and presentations** in schools, colleges, and other institutions to promote ICA Edu Skills programs.
- Plan and execute **local marketing activities, events, and campaigns** to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and counseling teams for smooth student enrollment.
- Represent ICA Edu Skills in **educational fairs, career guidance sessions, and community activities.**
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in **marketing, sales, or business development** will be preferred (experience in the education/training sector will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to travel locally and manage outreach activities independently.
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
