- Planning activities based on a child’s interest.
- Ensuring the health, safety and well being of the children.
- Developing a child’s curiosity and knowledge.
- Abiding by all local regulations as well as safety protocols.
- Developing a well-managed, child oriented learning curriculum.
- Tidying up the classroom at the end of a lesson.
- Motivating and stimulating children’s learning abilities.
- Building relationships with parents.
- Sanitizing toys and class equipment.
- Updating the classroom bulletin boards with children’s artwork.
- Completing all required paperwork.
- Preparing and arranging pre-class materials.
- Maintaining pupil attendance records.
- Keep records of the students’ progress, routines, and interests, and keep parents informed about their child’s development
- Maintaining in good order the appearance, and decor of the classroom. - Participating in school events.
- Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips. - Identify children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related problems, and discuss them with supervisors, parents or guardians, and child development specialists.

Responsible for helping to organise, plan and also participate in activities that entertain and teach children.

Also in charge of observing and summarising a child’s progress in areas such as reading, maths and music.

Qualification Under-graduate / Graduate from any stream with Diploma in ECE

Required - Skill Sets An exposure to Early Child Education is a big plus, patience, communication skills, well-developed imagination, creativity, ability to create a loving and warm atmosphere for learning

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
