Job Title Assistant Teacher Location Holy Kids Convent School Reports To Lead Teacher and School Principal Job Summary The Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences for students This role involves assisting with classroom management lesson preparation and providing individualized support to students The Assistant Teacher plays a vital role in fostering a positive and productive learning environment Key Responsibilities Classroom Support Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering instructional activities and lessons Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment Supervise students in various settings including the classroom playground and during school activities Instructional Assistance Support individual and small group instruction to reinforce learning concepts Aid in the preparation of educational materials and resources Assist with the assessment and documentation of student progress Student Engagement Build supportive and nurturing relationships with students Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities Address student needs and provide appropriate feedback and encouragement Administrative Duties Assist with record-keeping including attendance grades and other documentation as required Help organize and maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment Prepare and set up equipment and materials for lessons and activities Professional Development Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities Stay informed about educational best practices and school policies Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and other staff to improve teaching methods and outcomes Communication Communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues Provide regular updates to the Lead Teacher on student progress and classroom activities Assist with parent-teacher meetings and conferences as needed Work Environment The role is primarily based in a classroom setting May involve occasional outdoor supervision and activities Equal Opportunity Employer Holy Kids Convent School is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion gender gender identity or expression sexual orientation national origin genetics disability age or veteran status Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 1 000 00 - 3 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
