Must have own two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for both two-wheeler and four-wheel.

**Job Description**:
Overseeing the progress of all Maintenance activities

Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations

Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols

Coordinating with workers to complete the work on time

Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials

Ensuring all equipment's are in working order and good condition

Performing first aid during emergencies

Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards

Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures

Handling any on-site accidents with uttermost care and awareness

Reviewing daily construction / maintenance work and suggesting any improvement measures

Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order

Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline

Communicating the progress report to the Project Manager

Attending any on-site meetings or events

Local purchasing as per the requirements

Preparing purchase orders, taking work completion measurement etc

Coordination with site workers and client

Educational Qualification: More preference to b tech civil backgrounders and diploma civil holders

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
