Role Description

This is a full-time Tele-counselor role based in Mumbai. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for interacting with potential students and providing them with information about our educational programs, answering their queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Tele-counselor will also work closely with other departments within the organization to provide excellent service to students and ensure their success.

Qualifications; Graduation

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively to potential students from diverse backgrounds

Experience in sales, customer service, or counseling

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Bachelor's degree in any field

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and meet targets within deadlines

Prior experience working in an educational institution is a plus

Prior experience working in a call center environment is a plus
