As an Associate in the Jobs and Internships vertical at **Unstop**, you will play a vital role in driving
the growth and success of our platform. You will work to ensure the expansion of our user base
and the overall effectiveness of our Jobs and Internships vertical.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to HR representatives of various companies to encourage them to

list job and internship opportunities on our platform.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and benchmark our product against industry

standards, providing actionable insights to enhance our platform's offerings.
- Analyze the performance of our marketing initiatives geared towards promoting the Jobs

and Internships vertical, and devise strategies to increase user engagement and
adoption.
- Utilize your excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate the value proposition

of our platform to potential clients and partners.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, enabling comprehensive

studies of the current job market trends in India.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and implement

innovative solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform in-depth market research and

competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective outreach and

presentations.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated understanding of the job market landscape and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The role is open to freshers and working professional with up to 2 years of work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
