**Job Title**: MIS Executive - Textile Company
**Location**: Saroli, Surat
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Working Hours**: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Management**: Collect, organize, and maintain data related to sales, production, inventory, and other key metrics.
- **Report Generation**: Create and distribute regular MIS reports to various departments, including sales, production, and management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Database Maintenance**: Ensure the accuracy and security of data within the company’s information systems and databases.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
- **Support Functions**: Assist various departments by providing necessary data and reports to support their operations and decision-making processes.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to data management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all data management activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in MIS or a related role, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
