**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) for various departments within the company.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Provide accurate and timely data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with different teams to identify data needs, streamline processes, and improve data accuracy.
- Design and implement data collection processes to ensure the integrity and consistency of data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the efficiency of data reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Train and support end-users on MIS tools and systems.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in MIS and data analysis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Advance excel, similar software.
- Experience in database management and SQL query writing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
