**Core responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns on various marketplaces (including Amazon, Noon, eBay and other emerging platforms) and driving growth through a data-driven approach.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze data, and optimize bids to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Stay up-to-date with advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (internal and external) to develop growth strategies and drive revenue growth across platforms. Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Highly motivated self-starter, with an understanding of cross-border marketing.
- Experience working with a high growth startup / brand would be strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work and thrive in a high-energy, fast paced, ambiguous environment, with comfort figuring it out and adapting as you go.
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns and driving results.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon advertising platform and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
