**Fashion Designer - Women Westernwear**

**Responsibilities**:
Researching and interpreting fashion trends.

Sketching, prototyping, and creating designs.

Collaborating with the design team to develop cohesive collections.

Selecting materials and coordinating with suppliers.

Overseeing garment production, ensuring quality and timelines.

Conducting fittings and adjustments for prototypes.

Presenting designs to management.

**Requirements**:
10 to 12 years experience as a Fashion Designer.

Strong artistic and creative skills.

Proficiency in design software and sketching.

Knowledge of fabrics, sewing techniques, and garment construction.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A keen understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
