We are seeking a highly creative and talented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team in the clothing industry/garment manufacturing company. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative and trendsetting clothing collections. Your exceptional design skills and keen understanding of the latest fashion trends will drive our brand's success and reinforce our position as a leader in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Conceptualization**:Research and gather insights into current fashion trends in both Men & Women, consumer preferences, and market demands. Translate these findings into inspiring design concepts for clothing collections that align with our brand's vision and target audience. Exceptional knowledge and experience in Women and Men Clothing Designing.

**Sketching and Illustration**:Create detailed sketches and illustrations of apparel designs, including garments, prints, patterns, and color combinations. Ensure that designs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with the brand's aesthetics.

**Prototype Development**:Work to produce initial prototypes and samples of your designs. Collaborate to fine-tune and adjust designs during the sampling process to achieve the desired fit, silhouette, and overall quality.

**Material and Trim Selection**:Source and select appropriate fabrics, materials, and trims for each clothing design, considering factors such as comfort, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

**Trend Forecasting**:Stay up-to-date with emerging fashion trends, colors, and styles. Provide insights into upcoming trends to guide the design team and ensure our collections remain relevant and competitive.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Liaise with cross-functional teams, including merchandisers, pattern-makers, and production staff, to ensure smooth coordination throughout the design and production process.

**Quality Control**:Conduct thorough quality assessments of garment prototypes and final products to ensure that the designs are executed accurately and meet the brand's standards of excellence.

**Range Planning**:Assist in planning and organizing the seasonal collections, taking into account market demands, sales data, and the overall brand strategy.

**Brand Representation**:Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently promoting the brand's values, aesthetics, and design philosophy through your work, a detail knowledge of product launching.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Fashion Designer within the clothing industry or a garment manufacturing company is highly advantageous.

**Creativity and Design Skills**:Demonstrated talent in fashion design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and techniques.

**Fashion Knowledge**:A deep understanding of fashion trends, têxtiles, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.

**Software Proficiency**:Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant tools.

**Attention to Detail**:Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain design integrity during the production process.

**Time Management**:Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

**Team Player**:Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
