**Job Title**: Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive
**Location**: Alpha-1 Commercial Belt, Greater Noida
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (Depending upon the interview)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Design and maintain consistent branding across all visual content.
- Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to produce high-quality creatives.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure regular and engaging content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop and curate content tailored for digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Optimize content for SEO and social media visibility.
- **Marketing Strategies**:

- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas.
- **Website and Analytics**:

- Update and maintain the company’s website content as needed.
- Use analytics tools to track website traffic and campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for website updates is an added advantage.
