Job Responsibility
- Prepare and finalize artwork for print and digital distribution.
- Maintain organized files and design archives.
- Resize and adjust existing designs as needed for different platforms and formats.
- Proof designs to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Address feedback and make revisions promptly.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with additional design tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Understanding of design for both digital and print platforms.

Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently on tasks.
- Willingness to accept feedback and learn new skills.

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work welcome).
- A portfolio showcasing design work is required.

Salary
- CTC (Monthly) 15000/- to 25000/
- Notice Period
- Immediate Joiner or 15 days notice period (Maximum)
