**Medical** **Social** **Worker**
A Medical Social Worker in plays a vital role in addressing the
social, emotional, and psychological needs of patients. Their work involves supporting patients and families by connecting them with
resources and providing counselling on managing illness, disability or other health
related challenges.
**Qualification** MSW
**Experience** - 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant field

**Key** **responsibilities**
- Patient Advocacy
- Counselling and Support
- Health Education
- Community Engagement
- To find out the needs of patients and customers and extend all assistance.

To co-ordinate with patient discharge.
- Handling of inward and out ward communication.

Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the superiors

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Viraj Khand, GomtiNagar, Lucknow - 226010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (required)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
