We are looking for a motivated and action-oriented professional to manage the MIS Executive as the administrative and functional point person for the Regional manager business matters to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in multiple product lines. Requires a desire to learn and expand responsibilities.Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Regional Manager’s work including appointments, schedule in addition to managing dates, producing agendas, minutes, and all key paperwork for meetings.
- Manage multiple projects as assigned by the RSM related to diverse lines of business, and the entire sales team reporting directly to RSM
- Coordinates calendar, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the RSM, associates, and customers.
- Works closely with other sales team members to assure the RSM’s preparation for meetings,presentations, or other engagements.
- Administrative and functional activities include but are not limited to taking phone calls; maintaining personal and business files; corporate record keeping for multiple entities; supporting marketing and strategic planning activities; note taking & creating documentation filing, storage & retrieval of business and personal activities.
- Handles financial and accounting matters for the RSM with confidentiality.
- Coordinates smooth operations of RSMs functions including documentation, preparation & control of internal communications and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/commerce.
- 2+ years experience in an MIS or similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of capital markets and investment management
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and expert in Excel
