
International Customer Service Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, including order tracking, returns/exchanges, billing issues, and product information.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher levels of support.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns and proactively suggest solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, resolution time, first call resolution).
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support within an e-commerce or related industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
