- In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management & leadership of your team of Investigators and will also assist with escalations, training, and quality control._
- Responsibilities:_
- _Driving performance (efficiency, quality, hygiene) management of your team member to meet all SLA’s._
- _Provide domain expertise in Fraud and Financial Crime Risk Management in relation to client’s risk and threats management, focusing on fraud risks in relates to buyer, seller etc._
- _Will be responsible for process & policy dissemination and keeping your team up to date on policy/process update._
- _Continuously improve the delivery process to attain a consistent & stable level of operations._
- _Communicate and work with cross functional team (Product Team, Business policy, Data and analytics, Technology, etc.) to understand business requirements and business needs._
- _Manage escalations and provide timely resolution._
- _Basis RCA, effective coaching & feedback to be shared with team members._
- _Conduct performance reviews of each team member and explain / set career development path & opportunities for team members._
- _Report & escalate system issues / bugs/ downtime to management as necessary and in a timely manner._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications:_
- _Any Graduate._
- _Excellent experience as a team leader in an Investigations / Risk / Content moderation / trust & safety workspace._
- _Excellent communication and people management skills._
- _Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)._
- _Should be able to work with mínimal supervision, demonstrate interpersonal skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment._
