**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
1) Outbound Calling:

- Place outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database or leads list.
- Introduce products or services, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest.

2) Customer Engagement:

- Build rapport with customers and establish a positive and professional relationship.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with confidence and product knowledge.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.

3) Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Record customer details and feedback in the CRM system.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.

4) Follow-Up:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Gather feedback and address any post-sales concerns.

5) Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar outbound calling role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor and active listening skills. Ability to convince.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
