Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed according to quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and contract documents
- Experience in supervising construction crews and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and cost control principles
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or HeavyBid is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
