**Responsibilities**:
Administration of Labor:
Oversee contract labor at the site and regularly allocate assignments depending on the workers' civic duty proficiency.

Assurance of Quality:
By doing frequent quality checks on civil works, you can ensure that operations are executed in compliance with structural and civil designs.

Maintaining Records:
Update the task's measurement in the measuring book each day.

Administration of Materials:
Every day, reconcile materials, taking returns and challenges into account.with independent contractors for labor.

Reporting:
Engage in daily activities and deliver work reports to seniors.in addition to the ultimate customers.

Billing:
Using the approved and actual measurement sheets as a guide, create running invoices.

Handling of Drawings:
Identify drawings from the shop floor, ensure that work is completed in compliance with approved drawings, and update as-built drawings accordingly.

Sync:
Frequently coordinate with the several agencies on site, such as the Civil, HVAC, and FA departments.

Handling Checklists:
Maintain work permits and site checklists up to date with the relevant tasks on a regular basis.

Observance:
Ensure that all work is finished in compliance with the designs, SOP, and tender requirements.

Proficiency and Conditions:
shown proficiency in managing the civil work for power distribution projects, particularly those with high-voltage substations.

robust safety, quality control, and labor management compliance skills.

Communication skills to interact with end users, senior citizens, and other websites and their representatives.

knowledge with invoicing, keeping measurement books, and managing material reconciliation.

the ability to maintain checklists and work permits current.

familiarity with SOPs and tender specifications.
