We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative digital strategies to promote our travel packages, enhance our online presence, and engage potential customers. Your creativity, analytical skills, and ability to produce compelling visual content will be key to driving high-quality leads and boosting our brand awareness in the competitive travel and tourism

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
○ Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Content Creation & Management:
○ Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and appeals to our target audience.
- Graphic Designing & Visual Content:
○ Create or oversee the creation of high-quality visual content using graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

○ Develop design templates for social media posts, infographics, and digital advertisements. ○ Ensure all visual content is on-brand and effectively communicates our marketing messages.
- Social Media Management:
○ Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

○ Engage with our community, respond to inquiries, and manage our online reputation.
- SEO & Website Optimization:
○ Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

○ Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
○ Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

○ Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
○ Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and customer service to align marketing strategies with business goals.

○ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to propose new marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Experience:
○ Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.

○ Demonstrated ability to create and manage digital campaigns with measurable results.
- Skills:
○ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools.

○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

○ Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

○ Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

○ Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.

○ Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Graphic Design:
○ Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. ○ Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various digital channels.

○ Experience with basic video editing is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
