Problem-Solving Creativity: (Ability to work around technical challenges creatively.)
Proficiency in Animation Software: (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Toon Boom, etc.)
Strong Drawing and Illustration Skills: (Especially important for 2D animators.)
Understanding of Motion and Timing: (Principles like squash and stretch, anticipation, follow-through, etc.)
Storyboarding Ability: (Visual planning skills for scenes and movement.)
Rigging and Character Animation: (Especially for 3D animation — setting up character "skeletons" for realistic motion.)
