**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging 2D animations for videos, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Design storyboards and animatics based on scripts and concepts.
- Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and video editors to produce high-quality animated content.
- Ensure animations are consistent with the brand’s style guidelines.
- Work with voice-over artists and sound designers to sync audio with animation.
- Optimize animations for different platforms (social media, web, mobile).
- Stay updated with the latest animation tools, trends, and techniques.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in 2D animation, preferably in a creative agency, studio, or production house.
- Strong knowledge of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, etc.).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as:

- **Adobe Animate (Flash)**:

- **After Effects**:

- **Illustrator & Photoshop**:

- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to illustrate characters, backgrounds, and assets when needed.
- Good understanding of motion graphics and typography animation.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in character rigging and puppet animation.
- Knowledge of frame-by-frame animation.
- Familiarity with 3D basics is an added advantage.
- Prior experience with social media content creation.
