**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of forklift operators and warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular training and safety briefings to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform performance evaluations and address any issues or disciplinary actions as needed.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse operations and reduce downtime.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- **Computer & Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of forklift maintenance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Use computer systems to schedule and coordinate shifts, track performance, and manage workflow.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the warehouse environment.
- Provide regular updates to management on operational status and any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in warehouse management or logistics preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience operating forklifts, with at least [Y] years in a supervisory role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- **Certifications**: Forklift operator certification required; supervisory or management certification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
