Conduct detailed developmental assessments for children with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and speech/language delays
- Evaluate children referred for concerns related to social interaction, behaviour, cognition, sensory integration, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with psychologists, therapists (speech, occupational, behavioural), special educators, neurologists, and psychiatrists to develop and oversee individualized intervention plans
- Provide guidance to parents/caregivers on developmental milestones, behavioral strategies, early intervention programs, and school-readiness skills
- Monitor developmental progress over time and adjust care plans as needed
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements
- Support awareness, screening, and training initiatives within the organization or community as needed

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics from a recognized institution
- Fellowship or certified training in Developmental Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disorders is desirable
- Valid medical registration with the relevant State or Central Medical Council
- 0-3 years of post-specialization experience (fresh fellows are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in neurodevelopmental and behavioural paediatrics
- Excellent communication, observation, and counselling skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting
