**About Us**

TruVita Wellness Inc. is a community-focused outpatient clinic located in Anna Nagar, Chennai. We aim to deliver trustworthy, child-friendly, and compassionate healthcare services to families through personalized pediatric care.

We are looking for a **qualified Pediatrician (MBBS + MD Pediatrics)** to join us on a **part-time, revenue-sharing basis** to serve the growing pediatric population in the area.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **outpatient consultations** for children aged 0-16 years
- Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions, infections, allergies, and developmental issues
- Offer **vaccination services**, monitor growth milestones, and counsel parents on nutrition and child care
- Maintain detailed **patient records** and follow-up protocols
- Be available for **consultation during fixed clinic hours** (morning/evening)

**Qualifications**
- MBBS + MD in Pediatrics (or DCH - Diploma in Child Health)
- Valid **Tamil Nadu Medical Council or NMC registration**:

- Minimum **3-5 years** of pediatric outpatient experience preferred
- Good communication skills and a **child-friendly demeanor**:

- Committed to delivering ethical and high-quality care

**Compensation**
- **Revenue Share Basis**: Share of consultation fees 20-30%
- Flexible working hours (2-4 hours/day, 5-6 days/week)
- Scope for long-term collaboration and increased earnings as patient volume grows

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,093.68 - ₹42,492.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
