Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Team Supervision: Supervise and lead the electrical team, including electricians and technicians.

2. Electrical Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

3. Safety Protocols and Procedures: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and emergency response.

4. Electrical System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and controls problems.

5. Electrical Project Management: Manage electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

6. Compliance with Electrical Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations, including NEC, IEC, and local regulations.

7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage electrical budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualification: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; certifications in electrical supervision or a related field preferred.

2. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in electrical supervision, including experience in electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
