**Location**: Pawne, Navi Mumbai

**Experience Required**: 3+ years

**Qualification Required**: ITI or relevant qualification

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Winding Operation**: Set up and operate winding machines to wind copper or aluminum wire around stators and rotors as per the motor design specifications.
- **Inspection**: Monitor the winding process to ensure wire placement is accurate, free of defects, and meets specifications for size, tension, and winding pattern.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect completed windings for defects, such as breaks or inconsistencies in the wire, and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of winding machines to ensure smooth operation. Report any issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- **Material Handling**: Properly handle and store wire and materials to prevent damage and waste. Ensure adequate inventory of required materials.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of the winding process, including production counts, material usage, and any quality control checks.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Key Skills Required**:

- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with winding machines and equipment used in electric motor manufacturing. Ability to troubleshoot basic winding machine issues.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail to ensure precision in the winding process and to identify defects.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods, handle heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks with focus.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues during the winding process quickly and efficiently.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- motor winding: 2 years (preferred)
