**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct gymnastics classes for students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their techniques.
- Prepare students for gymnastics events, performances, and competitions.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Educate students on proper techniques and injury prevention.
- Communicate with parents about student progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with school staff to organize gymnastics-related events or activities.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Gymnastics Teacher or Coach.
- In-depth knowledge of gymnastics techniques, exercises, and safety practices.

**Attributes**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Patience, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching is preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Compensation will be based on a percentage of the revenue generated or a fixed salary, depending on the agreement.
