**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Track and report sales activities and results using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working in the UK time zone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suit.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
