- Decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales.
- Forecast profit and sales, optimizing sales volume and profitability12.
- Conduct extensive research when deciding what items to purchase for the store. Junior merchandisers are usually responsible for buying items for specific departments (e.g., jewelry, clothing, accessories) and must purchase high-quality goods at the lowest available price3.
- Proactively manage factory performance to meet order specifications and delivery timelines.
- Place orders with suppliers within customer requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery performance, order confirmation) to achieve targets.
- Provide superior service to internal customers, ensuring regular updates and clear communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,501.23 per month
