Medical Discharge Summary
- Preparing In-patient Discharge Summaries:
*
- Updating details from antenatal card & case-sheet into the software: i.e. ANC info, Admission details, Normal delivery, Caesarean Info, Hospitalization after delivery, Investigations, Discharge info & Summary Info.
- Types of Summaries: Antenatal / Abortion or miscarriage / Normal delivery / Caesarean delivery / Post-Natal observation / General observation / Chemotherapy cases. Summaries to be kept ready before discharge.
- Fair copies: In coordination with the concern doctors rough copy summaries are made into fair copies and handed over to ward-coordinators.
- Letters to referral doctors (if any) are prepared at the time of discharge and are submitted to HR Dept. for posting.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pallavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
