Position Summary
We are currently hiring Radiology Transcriptionists with proven experience in transcribing medical reports for US-based radiology practices. You must be comfortable handling reports such as mammograms, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe radiology reports including:
- Mammograms
- CT scans
- Ultrasounds
- MRIs
- Edit and proofread voice-recognized drafts for clarity and accuracy.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining high quality standards.
- Maintain consistent accuracy above 99% in transcription quality.
- Upload completed reports directly to client portals or platforms efficiently.
- Comply with HIPAA and client confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with QA teams as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience out of which 2 years should be in US-based radiology transcription.
- Proven ability to maintain 99%+ accuracy consistently.
- Experience with direct upload of final transcripts to client systems or portals.
- Strong understanding of radiology terminology and structured reporting.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and language proficiency.
- Familiarity with transcription software (e.g., eScription, Nuance, or similar).
- Ability to meet turnaround times independently.
Work Mode & Timing
- Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
- Work Type: Remote / On-site / Hybrid (based on experience)
- Shift: US Time Zones (preferred)
