**Key Responsibilities**:Order Management (OM)**:

- Assist in configuring order types, pricing strategies, and fulfillment flows.
- Support order capture, orchestration, and status tracking.
- Help troubleshoot order processing issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to streamline order workflows.

**Procurement (PO)**:

- Support setup of procurement business units, suppliers, and purchasing documents.
- Assist in configuring approval workflows and procurement contracts.
- Help manage supplier onboarding and catalog management.
- Participate in testing and validation of procurement transactions.

**General Functional Tasks**:

- Document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support.
- Assist in data migration using FBDI templates.
- Provide end-user training and support.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (OM & PO).
- Familiarity with FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Oracle SCM Cloud Certification (OM or Procurement).
- Internship or project experience in ERP systems.
