Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning (Supply/Demand/S&OP):

  • Configure and implement Planning Central, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning modules.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and design optimized planning processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align planning strategies with business goals.
  • Perform data validation and ensure planning accuracy across modules.

2. Product Hub (PDH):

  • Set up and manage item organizations, item classes, lifecycle phases, and flexfields.
  • Define and maintain product attributes, attribute groups, and value sets.
  • Manage item creation, import, and synchronization across systems.
  • Ensure data governance and master data quality in PDH.

3. Inventory Management:

  • Implement and support Oracle Inventory Cloud functionalities.
  • Configure inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, and item statuses.
  • Manage inventory transactions, costing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Integrate inventory with procurement, order management, and manufacturing modules.

Required Skills:

  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Planning, PDH, Inventory.
  • Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of cross-module integrations and supply chain flows.
  • Ability to prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
