**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with leads generated through the company's CRM system.
- Engage with potential clients to provide information, answer queries, and promote products/services.
- Convert leads into sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tele calling or tele sales role, preferably with a focus on real estate or Interior Designing sales
- Fluent in Tamil and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
