Job Title: Supervisor - SCE-Service Excellence Department

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of service excellence representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring that service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the SCE-Service Excellence department.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of service excellence principles and best practices.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
