**Job Summary**

The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the dry cleaners pickup outlet. This includes handling customer interactions, managing orders, coordinating with the processing unit, supervising staff, maintaining store inventory, and ensuring efficient billing and payment processing. The role also requires proficiency in computer usage, Excel, and store software to track and manage orders effectively.

**KRA’s of the Store Supervisor**
- Operate and manage the store’s software system for order processing, tracking, and billing.
- Maintain and update customer databases and order records in Excel.
- Greet customers and assist with order drop-off and pick-up.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately tag and log garments for processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of orders.
- Coordinate timely dispatch and receipt of garments from the central processing unit.
- Inspect garments at pickup for damages or special care requirements.
- Verify cleaned garments before handing them to customers.
- Communicate any service issues to the processing team.
- Supervise store staff and assign duties.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Process customer payments and issue invoices/receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Handle cash, digital payments, and reconcile daily sales.
- Maintain stock of packaging materials, order, and cleaning accessories.
- Track and request replenishment of necessary supplies.
- Ensure accurate records of all stock movements.
- Ensure timely dispatch of garments for cleaning.
- Track and update customers on delivery timelines.
- Address any operational delays or missing items with the main facility.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
