Job Role: Sales Specialist/Sales Executives

Experience: 1-3 years

Job Location: Chennai

**Salary**: 2 LPA- 3 LPA plus Travel expenses according to Company Policy

Qualification: Any Graduate but Pharm, Biomedical, BPT is preferable.

Job Description: We are looking for a Field Sales Executives having good communication and presentation skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- 100% Field work Requirements:

- Strong communication skills - both written and oral
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in early-stage companies or healthcare industry will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Skills Required: Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
