ICU nurses play a key role in **providing patient care under the supervision of doctors**. They routinely perform head-to-toe physical examinations of patients, administer medication and provide wound care.
- ICU nurses interact with families to provide updates on their patients' condition and seek medical decisions.
- You will **serve as a patient advocate by promoting their physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being**.
- You will also be expected to educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs.
- Intensive Care Unit Nurses are typically employed at hospitals, emergency rooms and specialized care facilities to take care of medically fragile patients undergoing serious procedures or recovering from severe injuries.
- Intensive Care Unit Nurses take extra care to ensure that their environment and tools are sterile in order to protect patients with weakened immune systems.
- Their role is to monitor a patient’s ongoing care and recovery, communicating with doctors and surgeons about the status of their care plan. Intensive Care Unit Nurses also help disabled patients maintain their hygiene by bathing, feeding and dressing them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹31,353.50 per month
