Job description

*Role & responsibility*
- Appointing new dealers & distributors
- Taking orders for the sale of implements from dealers
- Keep up-to-date on products & competitor products
- Maintaining dealer relationship
- should be well versed with the local market
- Conducting Sales Pitch, Product Demos & handling questions and objections of prospective customers.
- Generate leads through various channels through cold callings, networking & referrals.
- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines & to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies

*Qualifications*
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional local language skills a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
