As part of the elite Asia team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues of diverse backgrounds, all focused on creating innovative solutions that position the firm for the future.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage daily automated trading systems in a variety of market conditions
- Work closely with trading teams, evaluate and provide feedback on observed behaviors and patterns of strategies and market conditions
- Monitor live trading for operational issues to ensure a best-of-breed monitoring environment and quickly respond to unusual behaviors or market conditions that may affect successful execution of trading strategies
- Serve as an advisor across different departments, providing new and innovative solutions for the complex problems we face
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve trading operation issues and processes for day to day trading activities
- Communicate with support staff, brokers and exchanges to resolve day to day trading issues
- Carefully document procedures and log production issues as they occur
- Other duties as assigned or needed

**Skills you'll need**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) certification: NISM-Series XVI or MCX MCCP Certification
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong exposure to a broad range of traded products in the Indian electronic trading venues
- The ability to work in an accurate, structured way and with a sense of urgency under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Confidence to work within a context of complex tasks and problem solve under direction but also able to take the right amount of initiative
- Must be willing to do shift work
- Reliable and predictable availability
