Key Responsibilities:

- Design and conduct comprehensive training sessions on Futures and Options trading, including topics like options greeks, volatility strategies, delta hedging, and arbitrage strategies.
- Mentor traders on advanced trading methodologies and use of algorithms for strategy implementation in high-frequency trading (HFT) environments.
- Create real-time simulations and case studies to demonstrate strategies like Iron Condor, Butterfly, Ratio Spreads, and Box strategies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate trading algorithms with live market data for practical training.
- Evaluate and assess traders’ progress, offering insights on risk management and capital allocation within F&O trades.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and trading technologies to ensure curriculum relevance.
