**Position Overview**
The Trade Marketing Specialist/Manager for Import/Export oversees marketing strategies and activities focused on supporting the distribution and sales of products in international and domestic markets. This role involves aligning marketing efforts with trade partners, understanding global market dynamics, and driving growth through effective promotional strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Trade Marketing**:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives for import/export products.
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities.
- Align trade marketing efforts with overall business and sales goals.
- **Channel Management**:
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners in target markets.
- Support partners with tailored marketing materials and sales tools.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across distribution channels.
- **Promotional Campaigns**:
- Plan and implement promotional activities such as trade shows, in-store activations, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design campaigns that drive product visibility and sales.
- Track the performance of promotions and optimize for future activities.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to understand regional preferences, pricing trends, and competitors.
- Provide insights to inform product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor import/export regulations and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
- Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor spending and ROI for all trade marketing initiatives.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of strategies.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for trade marketing activities.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and market trends.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies based on data insights.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, import/export, or related roles.
- Knowledge of global trade markets, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of consumer goods marketing, especially in diverse cultural contexts.
- Proficiency in market research tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with trade compliance and international regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
