**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tally Prime Operations**:

- Record day-to-day transactions including sales, purchase, and journal entries.
- Prepare and post **Credit Notes** and **Debit Notes** accurately.
- **Excel Reporting & Data Management**:

- Prepare and maintain reports related to schemes, collections, and stock adjustments.
- **Payment Collection & Follow-ups**:

- Follow up with clients/customers to ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain updated records of outstanding receivables.
- **Damage & Expiry Stock Handling**:

- Coordinate with warehouses/distributors for returns due to damage or expiry.
- Process necessary documentation for replacement or credit settlement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Tally Prime** and **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Educational Qualification: B. Com or relevant degree.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
