**Job Title**: Production Supervisor - Ophthalmic Medical Devices
**Location**: New Delhi, Okhla Phase1
**Department**: Production / Manufacturing
**Reports To**: Production Manager

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations of ophthalmic medical devices such as intraocular lenses (IOLs) and surgical instruments. The role involves managing a team, ensuring quality compliance, and meeting production targets in accordance with ISO 13485, GMP, and cleanroom standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor performance.
- Ensure adherence to **ISO 13485**, **GMP**, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
- Train and mentor team members in cleanroom procedures and machine operation.
- Monitor machine utilization, identify performance issues, and coordinate preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Possess working knowledge of CNC machines, polishing machines, molding equipment, and other production machinery used in ophthalmic device manufacturing.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, controlled environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in production supervision; medical device industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and cleanroom practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.

**Work Environment**
- Cleanroom production facility with PPE.
- Handling delicate ophthalmic products.
- May require shift work as per production schedule.

Pay: ₹11,406.44 - ₹35,039.75 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
